Withdrawing Your Supply
You can withdraw your supplied assets at any time. When you withdraw, your mTokens are burned and you receive your original asset plus all the interest you've earned.
How to Withdraw
Go to the Lend page in the Moonwell app.
Select the asset you want to withdraw.
Switch to the Withdraw tab.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw, or click Max to withdraw your entire position.
Click Withdraw and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Your assets will arrive in your wallet shortly.
Important: Collateral Restrictions
If you have active borrows, you may not be able to withdraw your entire supply, because your supplied assets serve as collateral for your loans.
Moonwell requires you to maintain enough collateral to cover your borrowed amounts. If a withdrawal would put you below this threshold, it will fail.
To withdraw more, you have two options:
Repay part of your debt first, which reduces the collateral you need.
Increase your collateral by supplying additional assets.
What You Receive
When you withdraw, you receive:
Your original supplied amount
All interest earned while your assets were supplied
Interest is automatically included in your withdrawal. You don't need to claim it separately.
